Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to send you a clock and answer your messages, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
When you order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details of your order. Payment data is entered directly with our payment provider — we only receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card.
When you write to us: your email address and the content of your message. When you sign up to the launch list: your email address only.
When you browse: basic technical data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate region, used to keep the store working and to measure traffic.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, to handle returns and warranty claims, to reply to support requests, to prevent fraud, and — only if you asked for it — to send you store updates. You can unsubscribe from those at any time with the link in every email.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the store: our payment provider, our shipping and fulfilment partners in Germany, our email provider and our hosting provider. They may process your data only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Support emails are kept for two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to supporto@nflclock.shop and we act within 30 days. You can also object to marketing at any time.
Security
The store runs over encrypted connections, access to order data is limited to the people who handle orders and support, and we do not store card numbers.
