Terms of Service

NFL Clock is an independent online store selling helmet-shaped alarm clocks for football fans. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by the NFL or any of its clubs. Team names and city names are used only to describe the design a helmet is inspired by.

You can reach us any day at supporto@nflclock.shop. We reply within one business day.

An order becomes a contract when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or product description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. In that case you are refunded in full.

All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Import duties, if any apply to your destination, are not included. Payment is taken at checkout; we never store your full card details.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Germany within 48 hours and normally arrive within 7–10 business days with tracking. Shipping is free on 2× and 3× packs and on orders above $75.

You may return an unused clock in its original box within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Every clock also carries a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects: we repair, replace or refund it, at our choice. Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are not covered by the warranty — optional Damage Protection covers accidental damage separately.

The clock is an indoor consumer product. Power it only with a certified 5V USB-C supply, keep it dry, and do not open the shell. It is not a toy and is not intended for children under three.

We are liable for damage caused by our own fault to the extent required by the applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Photos, product text and the NFL Clock logo belong to us and may not be reused commercially without written permission.

We may update these terms; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
